01_OPERATOR_STATUS

IT Mastery is an independent training facility. We are not an official partner or representative of any specific software vendor. Our instruction is based on real-world field experience.

02_CURRICULUM_USAGE

Materials provided during sessions are proprietary technical documentation. Redistribution outside the authorized organization is a violation of the access agreement.

03_TECHNICAL_LIABILITY

Instruction covers high-risk infrastructure operations. Implementation of techniques remains the sole responsibility of the operator.

04_REFUND_POLICY

Cycle seat reservations are final. Rescheduling is permitted up to 96 hours before the boot sequence initiates.
